Title: Customer Service Specialist

Type: Full-time, Evaluation-to-Hire

Hours: M-F (1st shift) 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Pay: $15-17.00/hour, depending on experience

Location: Green Bay, WI

Summary: Express Employment Professionals is sourcing Customer Service Specialists for a local, Green Bay client who handles the sale and distribution of business-to-business products. The role of the Customer Service Specialist is to provide a full range of customer support to the company s business customers in the attempt to support the sales team in their focused sales activities. It is important that the Customer Service Specialist be proficient in computer databases as well as Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook. Qualities of a Customer Service Specialist would include high energy, team player, flexible, go-getter, and the ability to receive constructive criticism for career growth.

Job Requirements:

Essential duties:

Incoming customer calls leading to assistance with orders or general questions

Create and process basic orders including payments

Provide tracking information for shipping and deliveries

Handle customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries

Build relationships with customers, supports marketing campaigns, and be familiar with products

Follow all business procedures and guidelines

Other duties as assigned

Education & Requirements:

HS Diploma or equivalent required

Associate or Bachelor s Degree preferred

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Outlook

Ability to learn software programs required for position functions

Excellent verbal and written communication

Required qualities: Self-motivated, punctual, dependable, positive, friendly, team player, and high-energy.
